   Easier, safer sign-in

   • Setting a password is now optional when you join. Add your name and you are straight in.
   • Prefer not to use a password? Ask for an email sign-in link and tap it to get in. Links last 15 minutes and work once.
   • A gentle reminder on your home page suggests simple steps to protect your account, such as adding a password or two-step sign-in (an authenticator app). You can dismiss it.
   • Admins keep the strongest protection: password plus an authenticator code, and a fresh sign-in at least every 7 days.
   • You can set a password or change your email from your account without needing the old password.

   Sharing your way, co-leaders and clearer navigation

   • Sharing an answer is always your choice. Nothing is shared with your group unless you decide to.
   • Read the Bible passage for a session on demand, right where you are studying (ESV).
   • Your place on the page is kept when you save an answer.
   • Leaders can make another group member a co-leader, and can step down while someone else still leads.
   • Study, Manage and Admin are clearer: a leader is a member who can also manage the group.
   • Safeguards make sure a group always keeps a leader and an organisation always keeps an admin.

   • Leaders can choose which sessions are open, either everything or up to a session they pick as the group goes.
   • Leaders can also choose whether people work in order or can jump to any open session.

   Organisations, Build, and warmer emails

   • Churches and networks now sit as organisations. Your groups stay personal; the organisation name shows in the header so you always know where you are.
   • If you belong to more than one organisation, you can switch. Roles stay with each place - you might lead in one and simply study in another.
   • A new Build area is for creating studies. Organisation admins approve what their people can use, and leaders assign from that pool to their groups.
   • Closing a finished study congratulates the leader and can email the group with a ready-made thank-you.
   • Get help is in the menu for everyone, and every email from Growth Group now uses our branded look.
